Life abroad Support Group
Moving abroad can be one of the most exciting chapters in a person’s life—but it also comes with real emotional weight: identity shifts, isolation, homesickness, relationship stress, and the quiet grief of all that’s left behind. Whether you’ve relocated for work, love, family, or adventure, this group offers a space to process the complex experience of being an expat in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
This group is designed for adults living abroad who are craving connection, clarity, and community. Through a mix of guided discussion, psychoeducation, reflection, and practical tools, we’ll explore what it means to live “between worlds”—while building resilience, meaning, and belonging in your new home.

Is group therapy right for me?
Is group therapy right for me?
Group therapy is a powerful form of therapy where a small group of individuals come together—guided by a trained therapist—to explore emotional challenges, improve mental health, and build meaningful connections. In this supportive environment, participants share experiences, practice vulnerability, and offer feedback to one another, fostering healing through shared understanding.
Group therapy helps reduce feelings of isolation, strengthens relational and communication skills, and provides space to learn and grow in community. Whether focused on a specific theme (like anxiety, identity, or life transitions) or designed as an open process group, each session emphasizes safety, trust, and emotional insight. Over time, group members often find that witnessing others’ growth and receiving compassionate feedback can be just as transformative as individual therapy.
